Toungue  island scoots

Rarotonga was the last stop on my world trip so I was pretty low on cash. Although the island is small you still need some means of transport so I thought It was going to be out of the question for me to be able to get around and check out the hole island. But when I went into town to check out my options I found that you could hire scooters for next to nothing. All you hat to do was, complete a lil driving test then they issued you with a license.

RE: island scoots

ya i did that too will in Rarotonga...the scooters are real fun to take on all the dirt trails throughout the island as well. I took mine up this trail almost to the top of the mountains and the view of the whole island is incredible up there...i highly recomend it

RE: island scoots

I think it is simply someone trying to push his/her weight around. Also same attitude as not allowing electric bikes on Toronto island.
